Fraser Suites Queens Gate is just a 2-minute walk from Gloucester Road Station or a short taxi ride from Paddington or St. Pancras Station.

How to reach the hotel from the airport?

Heathrow Airport:
45 minutes by car
50 minutes by the Piccadilly underground line
15 minutes by Express Link from Paddington Station (Paddington Station is 15 minutes by car)

Gatwick Airport:
30 minutes by Gatwick Express from Victoria Station

Where can we eat?

The fully-equipped kitchen provides you with the convenience to cook in your apartment. Alternatively, an all-day dining restaurant is located in the property and in-room dining is available as well. There are a couple of resturants around, simply check with our Client relations Executive and they will gladly recommend them to you.

How to make the best experience of London?

There are lots to see and do in London, each offering different and unique experience. Check out the attractions on our Attractions page or check with our Client relations Executives for recommendations.

The check-in time is from 4pm

When is the check-out time?

The check-out time is at 11am.  Should you like to request for a late check out, kindly check with our Client relations executive.

What time is breakfast served?

Daily Continental buffet breakfast with hot items is served in the Dining Room daily 07:00 to 10:30. 

Do you have laundry facilities?

Our laundry room is located in the lower ground floor of Fraser Suites and is complimentary to use. Some of our apartments are equipped with washer/dryer.

Do you have fitness facilities?

Yes, a 24/7 Fully-equipped Gymnasium is provided for our guests.

Where can I go for shopping?

High Street Kensington is a 2 minutes walk away and  Knightsbridge is a 20 minutes walking distance. Westfield shopping centre is located near the property and can be reached by bus (number 49) directly and by tube.  Alternatively, take the underground and Oxford Street and Regent street is easily accessible.

Which type of beds do you have?

Our apartments are furnished with single, twins, double (queen size) beds and King size beds. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Varying cancellation policies apply to each promotion. If you require any further information, feel free to contact us.

Where can I find the closest bank, ATM and exchange office?

An exchange office as well as several banks are located just a minute away. 

Do you provide newspapers?

Complimentary newspapers are available at Reception for your reading pleasure. National and international newspapers are available upon request and chargeable.

What is maximum number of people in each apartment type?

Our apartments can accommodate up to 4 guests depending on the apartment category. There is a maximum amount of guests per apartment allowed by Health and Safety regulations.  

Do you have Suites and access for persons in wheelchairs?

We do not have appartments specifically designed for persons in wheelchairs, however there is ample room to allow wheelchair mobility. We have also well trained staff whom will be delighted in assisting and facilitating access to our guests when required. 

Do you accept pets?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed within the vicinity of the property. 

Do you provide parking and what is the cost?

Parking is not available at Fraser Suites, however a public car park is available only 5 minutes drive away. 

Can I leave my luggage if my room is not available?

Yes, you may leave your luggage with our conceirge.

What are the reception opening hours?

The reception, concierge and security services are 24/7.

Do you provide shuttle service to the airport?

We do not provide shuttle service to the airport. However, we will be able to arrange Limousine or Taxi service upon request.

Do you provide baby cots and extra beds and the cost?

Complimentary baby cots are available upon request.
