There are 7 pick-up locations around the parks which allow you to marvel at the stunning gardens and explore the park. Or, if you want to spend some time in a favourite place ask to be dropped off and arrange to be picked up later to allow you to enjoy your time there.

So, where to start? There is so much to see and do and events take place weekly in the park – it may be worth checking out this handy what’s on guide before you visit.  Otherwise, you can escape the noise and bustling city streets by leisurely strolling through the gardens and enjoying the calming surroundings.

Crowds flock to numerous concerts and festivals during the warmer summer months such as the renowned British Summertime Festival – the park is the perfect location for a lovely summer’s day out. You can enjoy a leisurely game of tennis, a spot of rowing or pedal boating on the famous Serpentine River which borders the grounds. Monuments to discover and explore

Hype Park is probably best known for its remarkable fountains, memorials and statues dedicated to the history of the British people, remembering those involved in war and conflict, Princess Diana and the late Queen Mother. Each one is unique and fitting to their location, well worth spending a few minutes to reflect on their bespoke designs.

It’s also worthwhile taking time to stop by Speaker’s Corner – a traditional spot where anyone can voice their opinions. Public speaking has been happening at this site since the mid-1800s when protests took place in Hyde Park.  Former speakers here include figures such as George Orwell, Karl Marx and Vladimir Lenin.
