This summer, London’s Regents Park will be hosting incredible open air theatrical productions during the entire month of August. The outdoor theatre will be showcasing two productions in the month of August- Little Shop of Horrors (3rd August- 15th September) and Dinosaur World LIVE (14th August-9 September), and is sure to be one of the top things to do near Queensgate in August 2018.
Little Shop of Horrors, the Maria Aberg (The Winter’s Tale, Fantastic Mr Fox, As You Like It) produced musical is the perfect event for children of secondary school age and older. It follows the story of a flower shop worker who finds the killing potential of a new-found plant- this theatrical work of art makes the most incredible day out for any fan of the original film or of the horror genre. Dinosaur World LIVE is an incredible production for the entire family. This interactive experience is sure to keep you just as entertained as the little ones as you follow the explorers across a prehistoric plethora of locations to see breath-taking creatures, including lifelike T-Rex, Stegosaurus, Giraffatitan and more! To make this experience that little bit more special, why not take the little ones along to a post-show meet-and-greet with the lifelike dinosaurs?
These theatrical productions will be taking place in the stunning Regent’s Park- home to some of London’s most incredible floral blooms, waterfalls and the iconic Primrose Hill which has breath-taking views of the London skyline.
