    When travelling for business it can be difficult as you’re out the office and may not have access to your desktop computer or everything you’d usually have at your desk.  At Fraser Suites Queens Gate, London, we have serviced apartments with a conference and meeting room that will be suitable for any business or social event.

    Our Cromwell Room can be set up to suit a variety of functions and seating capacities depending on the type of function you’re thinking of planning:

    Whether you’re travelling alone or in a group, our conference meeting rooms are ideal as they’re fitted with all the typical business equipment to conduct meetings. The LCD projector screen and 60” Plasma TV will enable you to conduct any presentation with ease and without delay. Our Audio-visual system with iPad control interface adds to the great facilities to create the perfect professional atmosphere.

    The meeting and function area is spacious, and combined with the natural day light, it makes it a comfortable environment to conduct business. The space has also been made soundproof so any outdoor interference is kept to a minimum. Black-out blinds are also available to keep out any light that may hinder your meeting. The adaptable space can be used for a one to one Skype meeting via our high speed wireless internet. The Polycom High Definition IP Video conferencing facilities* are on hand to help you communicate with other directors back in your office.

    With climate controlled air conditioning and catering services* on hand, we aim to make your experience in our conference space a pleasant one.  You may need access to cellular phones within the meeting space or conduct your presentation with our flipcharts and markers. Feel at ease and relaxed as our facility is fully equipped for every kind of situation.
